Against the backdrop of an accelerating restructuring of the global semiconductor supply chain, international operating capabilities are becoming an increasingly important component of corporate competitiveness. For Chinese technology companies, international expansion is no longer limited to extending their market presence. It also involves continuously strengthening their manufacturing systems, delivery capabilities, service networks, and ability to allocate resources globally.
Recently, Xiaohua Wu, Deputy Secretary of the Party Working Committee of the Lin-gang Special Area, led representatives from relevant departments of the Lin-gang Special Area Administration on a research visit to Malaysia. The delegation focused on how to support companies in achieving high-quality, secure, and efficient international expansion. During the visit, the delegation toured Meetfuture Technology's Phase I manufacturing base in Malaysia and received an update on the company's development in the country.

The visit provided an opportunity to review the progress of Meetfuture Technology's overseas expansion while also demonstrating the Lin-gang Special Areas continued commitment to supporting companies in international competition and strengthening their global operating capabilities.
As a technology company that has grown in Lin-gang and continues to expand its presence across the global semiconductor supply chain, Meetfuture Technology is advancing its international development through a stronger manufacturing foundation, enhanced service capabilities, and a clearly defined global strategy.

Located in Kulim Hi-Tech Park, Malaysia, Meetfuture Technology’s Phase I manufacturing base and service centre is the company’s first integrated production and service hub in Southeast Asia with global delivery capabilities. The facility officially commenced operations in November 2025. Its establishment represents more than the opening of an overseas factory. It is an important component of Meetfuture Technology’s global manufacturing and service network.

On the one hand, the facility will significantly shorten delivery lead times for overseas products and improve the company's responsiveness to international customers. On the other hand, its integrated manufacturing and service model will provide stronger support for overseas project implementation and regional customer services, further enhancing Meetfuture Technology's global delivery and local support capabilities.

From a broader strategic perspective, the Malaysia manufacturing base is not only a key part of Meetfuture Technology's Southeast Asian presence, but also an important regional hub connecting Southeast Asia with Europe and other global markets.
This reflects a further evolution in the company's international strategy—from expanding its business overseas to developing and deploying its core capabilities globally. Meetfuture Technology is building a global operating system supported by regional manufacturing, local services, and cross-regional collaboration.
During the visit, Deputy Secretary Xiaohua Wu commended Meetfuture Technology for its rapid growth and achievements in Lin-gang. He noted that, as an important platform supporting companies in expanding and growing internationally, the Lin-gang Special Area will continue to leverage its strengths in policy innovation and professional services to help companies seize opportunities in overseas markets.

These remarks send a clear message: for technology companies entering a critical stage of global expansion, the institutional innovation, professional services, and resource connectivity provided by regional open-development platforms are becoming increasingly important sources of international competitiveness.
As an important platform for China’s high-standard opening-up, the Lin-gang Special Area is providing strong support for companies expanding into overseas markets and allocating resources globally through more efficient policies and increasingly professional services.
